Palace Hotel - Zagreb

The room was very clean,and not at all shabby,the staff very friendly,the hotel was old style chic...

The room was a little small,and the breakfast room had no real windows,it was an interior room...

Friendly staff, great location, decent decor, good breakfast. We enjoyed our stay very much. we would like to go back when we visit zagreb again.

My room war noisy, hearing the televisopn clearly from the neighbor. After my compain, the reception clear this issue directly (03.00) in the morning.

The staff is very professional and the complimentary breakfast is wonderful. I would defintely stay there again.

Some of the rooms we were given were not as cool as we would have liked them. With the temps outside in the 90 range, the rooms could have been cooler.

The location was excellent and the decor pleasing. Hotel staff varied in friendliness but overall good - reception seemed a little unfriendly initially but I think it is very busy at times when there is only one person on duty and can be stressful and difficult to answer everyones queries. The breakfast was fantastic and we loved the special glass art works. Overall we loved the palace hotel and would recommend it to any travellers to zagreb

Walls a bit thin and noisy children in the room next door to my daughters. Not enough non smoking rooms

Great location, atmospheric ambience, welcoming staff, generous buffet breakfasts. Special thanks for the complimentary upgrade from a standard double room to a spacious vintage suit. We had superb park view from the balcony, and there was even a concert piano in our dining room!

Its location.great breakfast,very good staff,the old building sets you back in time.

Mainly bathroom odour from the floor drain almost un-berable

The hotel is quite old and do need some improvement though. The location itself is good, but because it is in the center, there is absolutely no parking space, even for a short time. The only time I can park is to unload and reload luggages into the car... 15 mins each. So, if you have to keep the car, this is not the place to stay unless you're willing to pay a lot of money for it.

The staff of the hotel is exceptionally friendly and nice.

Honestly, I was little bit disappointed with breakfast.

Excellent location and nicely renovated Hotel in the heart of ZAgreb

The Deluxe rooms are excllent, comfortable and lovely bathrooms. Unfortunately we got a smoking room as Non smokers! The first night we styed in an ordinary room due to 1 day earlier arrival. This rooms with nearly same price are not acceptable for a 4 * Hotel, no comfort, noisy and in an old section of the Hotel not yet renovated.

Very courteous staff. Allowed check in at 10 am (advertised time is 2 pm). Outstanding location in the city centre, close to everything, yet separated from street and traffic noises in a green oasis.

A foot pedal trash can in the bathroom was sticking.

The design of the hotel! Actually, it was the reason why I chose it. With the help of its long history, both exterior and interior look fascinating.

Taking our passports during our stay... That was not good.

The thing we liked the best was the bed which was quite comfortable and big, and the room was quite clean overall.

The rooms were totally out of date, as the bathrooms...it looks like Palace Hotel Zagreb has seen better days long long long ago...

I enjoyed its proximity to the old city and much admired the park across the stree.
